I live in Brooklyn, New York, so I do most of my shooting in between here and various parts of New England, mostly around Boston & Rhode Island (because I’m originally from Providence)

I tend to work alone so that I can move and deliver things to my clients quickly, but have a lot of friends who work in the marketing world. I also taught myself Adobe Photoshop at the age of 14 and have used it in MANY different ways since.

My work at advertising agencies prepared me to help people with restaurant marketing and video content A LOT, it would be difficult for me to list all of the ways, but here are a few I learned…

how to package and share a story in a compelling way,

how to work ideas through a collaborative process with almost anyone, how to best work in teams to get things done.

My graphic design work also shows up in my videos in multiple ways. One day, I found Food. Curated. By Liza De Guia. and was quickly lost in her collection of videos of chefs, farmers, and people who work with food in general. Her storytelling skills were so captivating and I must have watched 30 of her videos in a row.

Judging by Liza’s about page, I’m not the only one who she has been able to inspire. Check out this excerpt from her site.

“I launched food. curated. back in 2009, way before long-form food documentaries were a thing on the internet. In fact, I like to think my little series was first on the scene, inspiring a new genre of storytelling within the food industry.”

“][vc_column_text]If I had to pick one thing I consider a hobby, it would be trying great cocktails, I really appreciate great cocktails and like to savor them.

I didn’t always love cocktails, but when my best friend became a bartender, the loving cocktail life chose me.

He showed me the ins and outs, how to judge them, how to really taste them, etc. He really made it something enjoyable.

I’m originally from Providence, RI. The home of coffee milk, great beaches, and a high quality food scene. It’s important to me because I plan all of my activities around the schedule that is set and know how much time I can spend on different tasks.

Am I a genius? No way in hell, but I have a very unique combination of skills that translate to where we are today.

I’ve intimately studied and completed work for people within videography, marketing, graphic design, storytelling & copywriting.
